How fast do orders ship?
We pack orders within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3 to 6 business days; express takes 1 to 3. Digital items arrive by email, usually within a few hours.
How does free shipping work?
Orders of $58 or more after discounts ship free with standard shipping. Below that, standard is $5.65. Express is $13.25 on any order.
Where does ZONE10 work?
ZONE10 takes 10% off every zone except the Gift Card Zone. Enter it on the cart page. One code per order.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Digital codes and gift cards can't be returned once sent. See returns and refunds.
Do you deliver everywhere in the U.S.?
We ship to all 50 states. Some items, like fire extinguishers, ship by ground only to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. boxes.
