These terms apply to your use of eshopzonecart.com and any purchase from EShop Zone Cart. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
When you place an order we email a confirmation and a secure payment link. A contract is formed when payment is completed and we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund any payment in full.
Prices and promotions
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated where required. Promo code ZONE10 gives 10% off eligible items, excludes gift cards, can't be combined with other codes, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is $5.65, or free on orders of $58 or more after discounts. Express shipping is $13.25. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Digital products and gift cards
License keys and gift cards are delivered by email to the address you provide. Please check it carefully. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms.
Product information
We try to describe products accurately, but colors and packaging may vary slightly. Health and personal care products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Always follow manufacturer instructions, especially for heaters and safety equipment.
Returns

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
